Do You Want To Become Great At Network Marketing? Then You Must Become The Least

I observed that once a person recruits a few people into their network marketing business they then have trouble getting to the next level. And they are always befuddled, and wonder, "why?". They usually refer back to the basics and check if they are maintaining a structured schedule, setting goals, etc. But what they fail to notice is that this isn't a  activity problem, and I'm going to share with you today that the problem is within.

To be a great leader you must first learn how to be a servant. In MLM people are so busy chasing recruits and sales that their business comes to a stand still or falls apart. The reason being is that they forgot their downline. All they want their downline for is to bleed them for more money, and this is the totally wrong attitude to have. What I always want to focus on is making my downline successful. I want to be accessible to them and at their disposal.

If you are going to build a house would you choose to build it on bedrock or sand? Well that's where training and development come in and that is you as a leader having a servant attitude. Keeping focused on sales is important but don't lose the people you have over chasing sales.

You can start at giving away yourself. Connect with your downline and give them a phone call or send them an email. This will go a long way in their commitment and loyalty towards you. I want to focus on what edifies' my downlines attitude or skills. If someone calls you and needs some help don't try to charge them for it, and tell them to purchase some material that you make money off of. Just because we have a global community on the Internet doesn't mean that we are dealing with virtual people. These are real people and they respond to attention just as they should. If you treat them like virtual people they will virtually fall our of your online business.
Remember, "It is greater to give than to receive!" And I will testify that when I give I end up receiving a whole lot more. People on the Internet want to deal with people who are real, just be real. When you show compassion people respond to that and they will introduce to others and you won't be able to stop your business from growing when you  incorporate these principles of a servant attitude into your life.

So stop chasing the almighty dollar and check your motives. When you stop perusing people for their money they will stop running .Learn how to get money to chase you. Focus on treating your people like people and watch your business grow in the next 90 days.
